The VARIOincubator Hub in Zizers builds on the 20-year success story of Kubeg AG. The tech company from Grisons was founded in Bad Ragaz in 2003 and, over the years, has developed from a three-person operation to a full specialist in the prototyping and small-batch production of electronic solutions. It reached its next milestone in 2020 with its relocation to the Tardisland industrial zone near Zizers.Since its integration into the Variosystems Group in 2023, the ultramodern site has been a valuable piece of the VARIOexperience. As the VARIOincubator Hub, it is a center of activity for innovative products. The 50 employees at the roughly 6,000 square meter Rapid Prototyping Competence Center make functional samples to rapidly verify the results of development in a short space of time. We contribute our expertise from as early as the development phase and reduce the number of iterations, lower costs, and shorten the time until series production starts. In doing so, we enable a seamless transition from pilot and small batches and create a direct line to efficient production via the VARIOplatform.
